Pre-Construction
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with general contractors and customers to complete the desired finish.
Construction
Working with trusted general contractors and sub-contractors, we work together to keep the project going. We work with other trades to solve problems before they arise and work to be proactive instead of reactive. From start to finish, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and punch list walks. We complete any punch items as soon as possible and send in close out documents once the job is complete.
Service Work
We are also a service contractor capable of any and all electrical repairs that may be needed. Need a light repaired or a plug added, contact our service team to schedule. We operate 24/7 to assist with those after hours emergencies.

A large part of our service business is in the commercial real estate and property management. We offer lighting repairs and monthly site visits to make sure your lights are on for the tenants on your properties. Lighting is very important to us because we want to help look out for the safety of your clients.
